Good brewer with some shortcomings.

'Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review." I purchased this to replace my B550 Platinum brewer. I was disappointed when I discovered that many of my K-cups purchased from Keurig would not work in this brewer because they didn't have the lavender ring around the outer edge. This will be a problem for anyone who purchases k-cups from non Keurig manufacturers. While the Carafe system works well, the included carafe is not well insulated forcing one to reheat after 15 minutes. Largest single cup size is 10 oz. My old brewer would do 12oz. I find this a step in the wrong direction. The brewer does have a setting for "Strong" if you prefer your coffee that way, a plus on this new brewer. Two other friends with the same brewer agree that the clock runs fast by several minutes each day. My initial brewer died in a week. Customer service sent a replacement the next day. The new unit has been trouble free for several months. Coffee brewed in this new brewer does taste better than the identical coffee brewed in my old brewer did.

Cons: Clock Keeps Horrible Time, Can't Use Some K-cups, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Long Brew Time

I love not waiting to brew a whole pot, when I just want a CUP of coffee. I wish I could use my own ground coffee in the My K Kup.

This is an excellent system overall. I had the first generation K-Cup system, but developed problems. Keurig sent this new and improved K550 system as a warranty replacement. It's much nicer than my original system, and works great! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

We use this brewer everyday. Several times a day. The look is very stylish. Digital display is great. Works great. The only thing not so great is not having a setting for larger ounces for a travel mug. Have not used the carafe yet. THANKS, KEURIG FOR THE FREE PACKS FOR THIS REVIEW.

My 2.0 makes it so easy for my salon clients to pick out and brew their own cup of coffee during their service. I absolutely love it. Everyone can choose the flavor they like best and I don't have a pot of unused coffee sitting in a pot all day. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Love the 2.0 Brewer. Had buyer's remorse with our Vue. We now have the best of both worlds, can brew Carafe size or single pods and now have the whole K-cup line to choose from. Love that we can also use some of our favorite Vue packs too.
