I found the K550 to be relatively easy to use, but as with anything new it took a little time to get used to the functions. There is a pulsating noise while your cup fills, but it to isn't a big deal. We hardly notice it now. The coffee/tea temperature is perfect, and using the 4 cup pot makes it easy to entertain guest.
Pros: Large Pot, Durable, Multiple Settings, Brews quickly, Stylish, Easy to clean, Easy to use
Cons: Loud

I got one of the first ones out, and had several issues with it. After Keurig replaced it and then also replaced that one, it seems to be working fine now. I like a lot of the features, particularly the carafe, although it doesn't keep the coffee hot for long. My biggest problem is that they have not completed the product line (again) and do not offer the number of cups they say they plan to. "Coming soon" doesn't help when the largest cup size you can make is 10 ounces and the cup is 14 ounces. I don't always want to have to brew a carafe, but the larger sizes do not seem to be available yet.

My boyfriend and I use the coffee brewer every day we love that we can brew an entire pot however the only real downfall is that the single cup only goes up to 10oz

This is my second. My first wore out and could not be fixed. Noone drinks an 8 or 10 ounce cup of coffee. Lets get real and sell K-cups that produce a cup of coffie at least 12 - 16 ounces without having to reuse the K-cup or use two or buy the to-go sized at a higher price. Love the convenience but the plastic carafe absorbs most of the heat and the coffee is not hot enough. Told to pre-heat the carafe which is an extra step.
