Every night before I go to bed, I set up the brewer in preparation for my cup of coffee or tea for the next morning's drive to work "enjoyment"; most days' its the only enjoyment I get during those working hours. Needless to say, my Keurig 2.0 is an essential part of a good start to my day, especially on week days. Weekends, I take my time to choose what drink I want and actually have time to smell my coffee selection and enjoy. Also when my son stops by to see us, he goes directly to the kitchen to use my Keurig and then I get my "Mom Hug"; it is probably one of the best ways to get him to come see us. Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for this review. Oh, and also, for inspiring my sons more frequent visits.
Pros: Feature Display On Screen, Stylish, Easy to clean, Durable, Uses Any K Cups, Filter Change Made Easy
Cons: Long Brew Time, Getting Hot Water For Tea, Loud, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Limited Features, Water not hot enough

I have been a long time user of Keurig systems. I have always been very pleased with the quality of the brew. But the 2.0 brewing system takes flavor to a new level. The "Strong" setting allows for a cup that rivals coffee shop robust taste and aroma. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review. That makes the coffee taste even better!

This is a definite upgrade to the Keurig 1.0 we used to have (which lasted about 5 years for us, before it started pouring short cups and couldn't be fixed). Keurig was even kind of enough to replace the k-cups that no longer worked in the system. Here's hoping that they allow up to use "fill your own" k-cups soon again and figure out how to make the k-cups recyclable.

I Love My 2.0 550 Brewer

I use my 2.0 550 brewer every morning. I make individual cups Monday through Friday and the pot of coffee on the weekend. I like that it is so convenient to make only one cup or by the pot.

The cup products are excellent. Easy to use and very convenient. However, despite a replacement brewer and two reservoirs, the "add water" message comes on whenever we try the carafe and the carafe products that we bought are useless. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review
