We upgraded our previous Keurig for a 2.0 and are very happy with that decision!! Being able to brew a whole carafe is great when more than one person wants coffee. I love how it looks on my counter. It's also great to be able to customize each cup. The preheating time is shorter than the previous Keurig that I owned, which is nice. I turn it on, get my bowl of cereal, and it is already ready to go! The one improvement that should be made is to be able to dispense more than 6 oz of water at a time. If it can make a 10+ oz cup of coffee, why can't I get that much water? "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review"

I use this brewer everyday at home,love it,only problem is can't use old k cups,if there was a reuseabl top to put on old k cups so the 2.0 could rad it wold solve problem,also o adapter so we can u ground coffees,oth than that I think its a big improvement.Don.

Outstanding Brewer

Use for my wife is Keurig Coffee and I like the Vue Coffee, this brewer lets me use both types without having two brewers, then when we have friends over we brew a pot without having to brew 4 cups one at a time, great concept here

My husband and I drink about 6-8 cups of coffee every day. We love the fact that it makes a PERFECT cup every time we brew. Love being able to serve guests whatever flavor they like without changing what we like to drink. My husband especially likes the fact that it brews a hotter cup of coffee than our old Keurig. Me and my husband use this every morning I even use it in the middle of the day and at night. We love how we can have diffrent coffee and teas even hot chocolate (my kid loves) it's stylish it has a nice contemporary look. It can be loud some it's but that's the only flaw! Over all great product!! :) Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review

I got it last week and it worked great until today. Coffee barely drips out and it takes so long coffee is barely Luke warm. I use the 10 oz setting and it is not giving 10 oz. I am so disappointed

I am satisfied overall with the purchase, but am somewhat disappointed that I can no longer directly control the brew temp., the construction of the machine seems poor, and the ease of use is not where it should be The machine has held up well for a few months, but does seem cheaply constructed. The button to brew does not usually work unless you press directly in the center very firmly and hold down for a second or so. The handle to lift the lid has a huge gap between it and the rest of the machine, and actually wobbles from side to side. Most frustrating with this machine is the hot water feature. This is a great feature that was sorely lacking in the old keurigs; however, it is very poorly executed. In order to dispense hot water one must hold down the button for the entire length of the water dispensing (which is not as easy as it sounds because of how temperamental the button is). When the button is released an additional couple of ounces of water dispense, making it difficult to fill your cup to the desired level. Most frustrating is the inexplicable restriction of only dispensing up to six ounces. The same machine that was designed to dispense an entire carafe of coffee only can handle 6 ounces of water? A much simpler design, and one I hope they choose to implement in the future, would be to simply select the desired amount of water (as you do with the size selection for coffee), and hit the dispense button (as you do for coffee). All this being said, I am happy with the machine overall, and would happily purchase it again! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review
