Love my 2.0 K550 brewer

My Keurig brewer brews fast with great results. Can accommodate several guests quickly with different tastes including children who like hot chocolate! Much better than my old Mini!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Also Is A Night Light, Easy to clean, Brews quickly
Cons: Had To Discard Old Kcups, Small Pot

Somewhat disapointed

My old brewer is still better than the 2.0, I can brew 12 oz, I can use 3rd party K cups if I wish, not really sure why I purchased the 2.0, I was interested in the "strong" feature, and the occasional caraf need. If I was to do over, would not have went to the 2.0 550
Pros: Attractive Brewer, Easy to use, Brews quickly, Can Request Strong Brew
Cons: Limited Features, Cannot Brew 12 Oz Cup, No 3rd Party K Cups, Does Allow Higher Temp

The Perfect Brew

This is my 3rd brewer, 1 was passed on, 1 died. This one is the best yet. I love the adjusability of this brewer for size and strength, and it looks pretty slick. The caraffe is great when we have guests. I would like to be able to use other brands of K-cups, or to brew my own grind of local roasted coffee, maybe somday Keurig will have an adapter. Thanks, Keurig,for the free packs for this review.

Cons: Limited To Keurig K-cups, Can't Brew Your Own Grind

We love our Keurigs

This is our 3rd Keurig only because we went from K cup to a Vue to now the 550. We would not think of purchasing another coffee maker. We have purchased them for gifts because we want everyone to enjoy Keurig. We use ours on a daily basis and it's durable and easy enough that our teenage boys make tea and hot chocolate with ease. We truly cannot find anything bad to say about any of our Kuerigs or with the Kuerig site. Our experiences have all been A+

Not Impressed So Far

I'm extremely aggravated with Keurig at the moment because it says that this machine can be used with Vue cups. What it doesn't tell you is that it only works with new Voe cups, not ones that I ordered a couple of months ago. They have replaced some of the cups for me and I was told that the remainder of the Vue cups that I have would work in the new machine, but guess what, THEY DON'T. I gave away my Vue brewer knowing I had the new one and now I have all of these cups that I am unable to use so this has been a HUGE INCONVENIENCE FOR US. Know that if you are switching from one brewer to another that not all cups work in this new machine and they don't tell you that ahead of time. Not a happy customer and I'm seriously thinking of returning this brewer.

Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Loud, Long Brew Time

I like the update and the new design. But one problem is the refill option. My husband likes to use his own coffee and he cannot currently do that with this Brewer.
