I love the sound of my Keurig heating up

I love the auto on and use it everyday. The auto shut off timer is great too, cause we all forget to turn off the pot when rushing in the morning and once its set, you don't have to worry. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Love the brewer but had quite a time getting it to work right. It turned out to be an undercounter clock/radio interfering with the clock on the brewer. Moved them apart and it works just fine. This trait should be stressed in the user's guide.

This is my 3rd Keurig to own and the best by far! My husband and I use it daily and my son loves that I can make him a single serve sweet ice tea from it. This is a machine the entire family can use, coffee, hot or iced tea, lemonade and hot chocolate, something for everyone. My favorite feature is the hot water on demand! Use the carafe to take coffee to my office location. I like to say it has created a more productive day , saving those numerous trips to the coffee maker! However, I had to purchase the stainless steel carafe to keep the coffee hot until I finished the pot as the original carafe is not insulated to keep the coffee hot... Also love the instant hot water dispenser...great for quick soups....

Don't like as much as my Vue.

Me and my wife use this product everyday, love the coffee! We recently received this brewer from Keurig as a replacement for our Vue. Customer service was great, always has been! After learning our Vue couldn't be fixed, they offered to replace it with the K550 2.0. Would much rather have my Vue back! The K550 is limited in sizes you can brew,have to use specific k-cups for it to work, and you can't brew your own coffee grounds like you could with the Vue. Customer service was great though, can't believe I recieved a brand new model to replace our old one, even received free boxes of coffee to replace our old ones that didn't work with the new brewer. It's still a nice brewer, but loved the functionality of the Vue much better.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Great tasting coffee, Brews quickly
Cons: Limited Brew Sizes, Can Only Use Approved Cups

I've had other Keurig brewers prior to stepping up to the 2.0 550. It's a stylish and functional machine. It makes great coffee, a simpler interface that previous models, and seems to go a while before having to de-scale. It also has nifty little features like different color lights for reservoir and screen (to time with the holidays, of course!) I've owned mine for 2+ months now. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!
