Great look, same taste

We use this in our office and it's great - I just wish that you could use any type of coffee pod. We had to throw out a lot of pods due to the fact that they weren't endorsed by Keurig. It's great for one cup in the office, but doesn't beat my classic Americano.
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Great Look, Good temperature
Cons: Have To Use Keurig Cups, Roasted Too Light, Not Enough Flavor, Unbalanced Or Sharp Acidity

Poor compatibility among KCup brands

This would be a 5 star review if I were not stuck with limited KCup brands that work with this model now that local stores are stocking great coffees with biodegradable and reduced-materials KCup designs (which work perfectly in any other Keurig, and brand brewers; Keurig seems oblivious to the importance of this issue). Worse yet, my stainless steel reusable KCup & 2 other types are incompatible, & this brewer doesn't come with one (!!). I'd wait on replacing an older model, personally.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Incompatible Kcup Brands

Keurig K-Cup is better than Keurig 2.0

Some parts have a poor material: filter container, carafe. You have to remove the tray with large cups. i should stay with the old model Keurig K-Cup
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Long Brew Time, Loud, Pricey poor value

Having a hot of brewed coffee is great, No mess, easy care,
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Brews quickly, Easy to clean

2.0 brewer is garbage

First If you buy this you can ONLY use Keurig Coffee. You cannot even use the Keurig filter in it. I cannot use the other coffees my wife and I buy. Captive Customer.I have seven boxes and loose coffe that do not work in it. The coffee has inconsistent brew temperatures . One is good the second or third cup brewed is lukewarm
Pros: Easy to use, Brews quickly
Cons: Very Disappointed, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Woun't Allow Anything But, Limited Features, Inconsistent Temperature

dont bother upgrading

I use a keurig every day 3 times a day. This version is horrible, might just drive me to another vendor. It has lots of great features, but you, a user, can't access them because the machine reads a code on the the top of the kcup. This also means 80% of the kcups at the store dont work, because they don't have the code. Go to your kcups if any of them don't have a white keurig ring around the outer edge they won't work.
Cons: Long Brew Time, Trade For An Older One, Cant Access Features, Must Use Green Mountain C

Returned twice, no longer using Keurig

Returned my Brewer twice because the Carafe doesn't brew 4 - 5 cups. No longer using Keurig Brewer. Went with another brand using K-cups.

Great idea lacking execution

We were very excited when this came out and ordered right away. Big disappointment when we unpacked and started to use it. The reservoir is very hard to take off, fill, and reinstall so plan on having a pitcher close by for filling. Does not brew as hot as our other Keurig products, largest brew size is 10 oz so not enough to fill a decent cup or travel mug.
Pros: Large Pot
Cons: Limited Features, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, HARD TO CLEAN
