I use my brewer everyday with the individual cups but brew a carafe on the weekends. I have loved all my brewers, this is my 4th, and this one is no different! Brews great coffee and gives people choices of how they like their coffee brewed. The variety of coffee choices is perfect. Only issue is this brewer doesn't seem to get my coffee hot enough! Is anyone else having that problem?
Pros: Easy to clean, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Large Pot, Easy to use, Brews quickly
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

I use this for coffee every morning, and tea every night. I had a previous Keurig and after years of use it eventually was time to get a new one. I am very happy with this product, love the backlight colors and the monitor colors. I make coffee for everyone who visits and show them how easy it is to make a single cup of coffee. Prior to buying the Keurig 2.0 I found myself dumping many pots of coffee from sitting and burning on the regular hot plate of the coffee machine since I have a home office; after an hour on the hot plate coffee tend to taste bitter. I held off from buying a Keurig because it didn't offer a pot to brew if I had company visitng and one cup at a time wouldn't have worked as its always a large volume of people. If anyone in the home wanted tea or hot cocoa, it required that a tea kettle being placed on the stove and the likihood of one of my teens burning themselves or forgetting it was high as its occurred multiple times in the past. However since purchasing the K550, I'm completely impressed with this machine. I'm so impressed that I even purchased a second machine as a gift for my sister-in-law as my father-in-law is elderly and the ease of use for this machine is great for him. Everyone gets to drink their own fresh cup of coffee, tea (hot or cold), or hot cocoa. I do wish that we have the ability to control temperature; I'd like to set it to cooler or hotter depending on who the drink is being made for. We all have our own tastes and this machine fits the needs in our home. The large tank is a huge plus as it doesn't require constant refilling with the 80 ounce capacity. However we all find ourselves drinking more coffee, tea, and hot cocoa due to the ease of this machine and the outstanding flavor. The other plus is the added feature of the timer on pots of coffee. So if you have company, you don't have to prepare it right there and then but simply set the timer on to brew the coffee. I do wish this nice feature was available with the single serve and have my cup waiting for me at 6am. With the array of coffees, teas, and even hot cocoa, you won't be disappointed. I'm extremely happy with the machine as well as the available flavors.

This brew is by far the best keurig I have owned. My only con is that when I make a pot of coffee, it does not stay warm long enough to finish drinking the pot. Otherwise, I love my keurig 2.0!

Older models are best the only thing would be if they add a pot and a larger water reserve. The 4,6,8,or 10 oz cups just don't work when you want a 16 or 18 oz. cup.
Cons: Doesn't Brew Large Cups, Limited Cup Sizes, Limited Features
