LOVE MY KEURIG!

The coffee tastes great and is very quick and easy to make. Cleanup is easy, too. The only issue is the needle sometimes clogs. So, I run a cup of clear hot water through the machine after each use. THANKS, KEURIG, FOR THE FREE PACKS FOR THIS REVIEW!

I upgraded to the new Keurig because I loved the option of brewing a cup or a small pot. Those options come in handy for quick mornings running out the door to work or relaxing weekends at home. I love the assortment of coffee and tea, as no one in our house drinks the same thing at the same time or everyday. And, being a Keurig Club member offers great monthly specials. I love the wide variety of drinks available from Keurig, but the K-Carafe selection is still very limited possibly due to the recent release. Some of my K-Cups did not work but Keurig replaced my old K-Cups that were not compatible with the machine free of charge! They even offered an incentive for providing an honest review of their product. Thank, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Simple to use with many options

Not thrilled with some of the changes

My taller coffee mugs/travel cups don't fit any longer. You must use the Keurig proprietary k-cups; you cannot use others, but you used to be able to. To change cup oz. size, you have to go into the menu, no longer one-touch fix. There is no auto hot water feature, must hold the button the entire time and only gives 6 oz max without fully restarting the process. There is also not an option for 12 oz. brewing. You cannot use a My K-cup for your own coffee.
Pros: Bigger Reservoir, Stylish, Brews More Quietly, Easy to use
Cons: Hot Water Only 6 Oz, Only Uses Proprietary K-c, My Taller Cups Don't Fit, No 12 Oz Feature, No Auto Hot Water

I've used Keurigs for years and am delighted with the support from this company. Since the 2.0 requires new model K cups, I anticipated having to "eat" older ones, but their customer service replaced all. Amazing! I especially like the larger water capacity and the ability to make more than one cup at a time in this model. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Prefect cup everytime

First this is the second Keurig system we had. I the first was fairly simple to use. But worked for the most part fine. Did quit working once and we took it back to the store and exchanged it for a new one. What I like most is that there is no wasted coffee. We make as many cups as we will drink and not one more. The coffee brands we use always seem to taste prefect. The things I don't like is the machine shut down and won't brew even hot water until it's cleaned and it can take all day to clean because the brewer won't actually brew. It will just trickle out water. So we can't use it until decides to.. Can take up to a few days. I have sent our new one back already, but this one we received seems to be working well. Over all we really enjoy the brewer and I have recommended it to many of our friends and family members.

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot
