The perfect brewing machine for me

I love the 80 oz water reservoir with built in light. No buttons to push except the start brewing button. Comes with a large touch screen with easy to use menus plus a large assortment of wallpaper to pick from. The added benefit of programing when the machine turns off in amount of time not used over just a time of day it would turn off is one of my favorite features. The over fill catch tray is easy to clean and remove with perfect room for the included 4 cup coffee pot which is included with this brewer. Overall a magnificent coffee/hot water/tea/chocolate brewer with the ability to accept carafe and k-cups. Just love it. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I am in love with everything Keurig! The 2.0 550 is way better than expected. The only thing I would change is to have an option for flushing out the system after you brew a k-cup, you have to hold down the brewing button for about 20-30 seconds but in other brewers you could just brew without having a k-cup in place. Other than that we love the 2.0 550 the water tank last much longer then our other brewer (sorry I don't know the model). It's also handy how the carafe pitcher easily fills the tank cleanly, I pour my bottled water in the pitcher and from there into the tank. No more spilling! Can't wait to purchase a 2.0 for my parents! Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I had owned a keurig brewer before and I enjoyed the ease of use and quality product it produced, so I was needing new brewer and I went for the new one the 2.0 K550 and I completely enjoy it each morning and evening. My son even got one for Christmas and likes it also. Thank You. Keurig.

I use the machine to make coffee daily and I enjoy the flavors that are offered and also the quick brewing system. Ultimately, this is a great machine to utilize every day and I would recommend it to anyone that loves good coffee. However, there is not one bad thing about this machine.

I love my new 2.0. I do wish included was the thermal carafe as the one provided does not keep coffee hot at all. I also wish the brew temp for a single cup of coffee was hotter. All in all I am enjoying my new brewer.
