Thanks, Keurig for the free boxes for this review! I almost made a mistake and sent this brewer back because it wouldn't brew my favorite coffee brand. When I called for a return authorization I found out they had an agreement with my brand and we're coming out with it in a few months. They sent me free sample packs to replace the coffee I had on hand and I found a coffee I like even better than the one I had been drinking for years! Brewer is great, customer serves is great, Keurig is the best you can get all around when it comes to coffee!
Pros: Easy to use, Durable, Multiple Settings, Easy to clean, Stylish, Brews quickly

I like that I can make one cup anytime of the day I want. Husband does not like that it only dispenses 6 ounces of water at a time and that you have to hold the button the entire time. Karafe does not keep coffee warm. Needs better insulation.

If your a expresso lover...THIS IS IT!!!

use this product normally, expresso here and there. when friends are over visiting. when desire a short shot of expresso. I have lived with and am use to the short wait when ready for a shot of expresso. you have to turn it on and wait for things to perk up a bit.....that's fine!!! save electricity and probably wear and tear on equipment.

I enjoy using this product everyday. It brews a perfect cup of coffee. It is quick, easy and leaves no messy filters to throw away. I did have difficulty with brewing a carafe but I have enjoyed the single cups immensley. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
