I like the brewer except for the clock. I am on my 6th brewer and still have the problem of the time going ahead. I like to get up in the morning and have I cup of coffee ready to drink. My brewer would go on at least 2hours ahead of time. I am a senior citizen and I have to keep returning the defective one. The last one I received last week the clock does not work again. I wish someone could figure out what the problem is with the clock.
Pros: I Like Most Of Its Featur, Multiple Settings, Easy to clean, Brews quickly, Easy to use, Large Pot
Cons: Clock Dosent Work

This machine is very versatile in that I am able to brew K-cups, Vue cups and K-Carafe cups!!! The K-Carafe even has an auto brew setting that allows me to schedule brewing for the next morning.

I just traded up from my Keurig Vue to a Keurig 550 brewing system. I always get a fresh cup of coffee anytime of the day. I love all of the choices of both hot and cold beverages and the single pack serving makes having a great cup of coffee very convenient.

Purchased the Keurig 2.0 K550 and absolutely love it. It is very easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee. It also has the convenience of make a carafe full, which comes in very handy. Had some old k-cups that would not work with this machine, and keurig replaced them no questions asked. This brews a great cup of coffee. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.
