I use it everyday. Saves time in the morning because I don't have to stop on my way to work to have the perfect cup of coffee. Bought one for my 88 year old mother. She loves it too. Improvements needed for cleaning

The cut blades can't be removed to clean. It says stick a huge paperclip in-we bought some -have to stand on your head to clean it! 1st one had to be cleaned daily - cut my finger-they replaced it - 2nd one- well let's see. Sent back 2/6/15 the part we were told to. Now why didn't they want the part that plugged?

Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Cuts You When Cleaning, HARD TO CLEAN

This brewer is super fast heating up the water. It's also fast and pouring and the coffee tastes great. I love that I can make a whole pot if I want, or just a single cup. I use this brewer everyday. I also like that I can customize my coffee by picking the strength and size of the cup I want. The style is sleek and looks great in my kitchen. This is the perfect brewer for any coffee lover!

I've owned every style of Keurig. The 2.0 is by far my favorite. It has hot water on demand for my boys oatmeal, my single serving drinks and on the weekend I can make 4 cups and go have coffee with my parents. I like the the stylish different color nightlight as well. I love this machine and would recommended it to everyone.
