Bought one of the first Keurig brewers that came out. Have loved it and used it hard for years. Still works but loud and a bit cranky. Love the 550's larger reservoir and easy to understand programming. It's an attractive appliance, fast and quiet. I have nothing negative to say about it.
Pros: Easy Set Up And Operation, Easy to clean, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Brews quickly, Large Pot, Easy to use, Durable

I use this product everyday. The water container is so much bigger than my old Keurig. I also love that I can now brew a large carafe when we have company!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Large Pot, Brews quickly, Easy to clean, Durable

We use this every single day and overall love it! The only thing that could be improved is the amount of hot water dispensed. Would be nice to have amount options like there is for coffee, etc. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!
Pros: Brews quickly, Large Pot, Durable, Easy to clean, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish
Cons: Limited Hot Water Output, Limited Hot Water Amount

Works fine - Looks good. MISS MY B65

I purchased the Keurig 2.0 K550 model to replace by B65 model which I had for about 2.5 years. My B65 was starting to act up (only filling ½ cups no matter how many times I cleaned it) and I was able to get a good deal on the k550 by turning in my Keurig points. First of all, I LOVED my B65. But I was excited to try the new 2.0 model (new is better, right??). My initial reaction was that the K550 unit was HUGE. But after placing it on the same rolling appliance caddy I had, I realized it just looked deceptively larger than the other unit. It is, however, much lighter. Which I don't really like. It honestly feels cheaper made. It has a lot of additional bells and whistles, all of which are nice, but certainly not necessary. Here is my list of Pro's and Con's Pro's: - Looks great – sleek and shiny. - Touch screen is very responsive - Nightlight feature is nice - Ability to set wallpapers is fun - Same functionality to set auto on/off features - Special settings for Hot chocolate (although my son, who drinks hot chocolate, says he doesn't really notice a difference) - Easier opening - especially if you have low upper cabinets - Water reservoir has easy-open smaller fill lid (if you are like me and use a pitcher to fill the reservoir instead of lifting the whole reservoir off the unit each time) Con's: - Overall lighter machine, feels cheaper. Including the handle operation. My old B65 felt much sturdier. - I hate that I have to push the touch screen button every time I brew to get my standard 10 oz cup. I miss the way my B65 defaulted to the last setting used. The manual says that it can save Programmed settings, but currently only for Carafe brewing - No more temperature control? I can't find it…. - Drip pan – on both my old B65 and new 2.0 K550, I have to remove the drip pan because our travel mugs don't fit. However, in the B65 there was still a base that was part of the machine that your cup sat on. Then, when the inevitable few drops dripped out after removing the cup, the base caught the drips. Not my countertop. On the K550 when you remove the drip pan, there is nothing underneath. Now, drips hit my counter (or in my case, my rolling stand) directly. - Hot water only – process to get Hot water only on the 2.0 is not as easy. Have to hold button down while getting hot water. With old B65, you just brewed like normal without a k-cup in machine - Can't use my old left over K-cups that don't have the new special lid for the 2.0 brewers - Carafe. Nice feature – but not something I'll personally use much. If it was available to purchase without, I would have bought it without the Carafe feature. But sadly, this wasn't available. - Brewing – the 2.0 brews louder than my old B65 I'm about 2 weeks in with my 2.0 and at this point, I really miss the simplicity of my B65. The 2.0 is nice and working fine – it does what it should – it brews a good cup of coffee and looks good doing so. However, I'm disappointed that Keurig forced me to replace my simple B65 unit with several not-great options: (a) the small "mini", which is too small for our household coffee needs (b) the 2.0 that boasts too many needless extras like the "carafe" feature I could care less about, or (c) the Rivo which is really an espresso machine. If you haven't noticed you can barely find an old B45 or B65 model in the stores anymore. Dear Keurig: Next time you want to improve on your machines, try building them better so they last more than 2 years and skip all the silly "frills". Disclaimer: Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
Pros: Stylish
Cons: Lighter Cheaper Made, Loud
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have had Kuerigs for several years. This is my fifth, counting the Rivo I got for Christmas. Great quality, durable, and easy to use. I would have like dto use my old k cups, but I can give them to my brother.
Pros: Brews quickly, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Large Pot
Cons: Can't Use Old K Cups, Can't Use My Own Coffee
