MY wife and i drink coffee and tea every day 2 or 3 times, cup or cups in the morning before work and at night after work sometimes in the mid day on off days from work. we love it and our 12 year old is trying to get into the action as well. easy to use you can have one cup or make a small pot sometime you just wont a little more we love the way it looks in the kitchen as well

Cons: We Love Our K550 No Cons

I love my K550 the coffee is hot and very easy to use. The only thing is the cup holder is a little hard to get out and clean,but i just open the book and it shows you how to do it. I would tell everyone to get this one.

I really love the concept of this coffee pot. Make coffee as needed! However, I had to replace my coffee pot three times and now I use it occassionally instead of daily. This coffee maker was created so users will continue to buy these KCups ---like ink in a printer or film in a camera. KCups were designed to create a stream of income to the manufacture without considering the environmental issues it is causing. Keurig should design a big-degradeable KCup. They hurt our planet. People should be encouraged to use a filter basket with their own coffee!

I had to get a replacement on mine, it wasn't brewing correctly, had to clean after each cup. But I have been a Keurig customer for awhile now, the service and Brewers are the best. I gave my mother-in -law one for Christmas and she loves... So I do recommend this brewer To family and friends.

My son and I use our brew almost daily! I love everything about it except it doesn't have a temperature adjustment! I like mine hotter and he likes his cooler, it's perfe for him but not hot enough for me:(
