Its nice to get a coffee so easy and fast in the morning and when we have a little office meeting at our home we can brew up a pot full of coffee fast for the meeting

Great.. Except Brewing Problems

This is a great machine..except... constantly have to clean the entire system as the coffee will dribble out and sometimes if you want 10 ounces you get 4 ounces. Past Keurig brewers were much better

Very Noisy

I make one cup of coffee in the morning & that's it. The brewer is very noisy(clacking noise when pumping). This is our second brewer because the 1st one broke in 1 year. The good thing is you don't have a coffee pot to clean. But the thing won't make a large mug of coffee. 10oz max. Wouldn't purchase another. Plus the older one allowed you to brew whatever coffee you wanted. This one needs the newer k cup.

Cons: Very Noisy Clacking Sound, Limited Features, Loud, Can't Brew A Large Cup

Great Upgrade

The new Keurig is great and stylish. We have owned our original for 6 years so we felt it was time for an upgrade. Set up was easy and the touch screen is very simple to use. We were able to program the time settings quickly and have had no issues. We use our Keurig daily to brew at least 4 different K-Cups. I highly recommend this product. This is a great coffee brewer! I am able to brew K-cups, Vue cups and K-Carafe cups - all in one machine. The K-Carafe even has an auto brew that allows you to program the brewer to turn on and brew at a scheduled time.

My Keurig 2.0 Experience

I received the Keurig 2.0 as a gift. It was not something I thought I needed but I have enjoyed the ability to brew single cups of coffee and tea. My husband is an avid coffee drinker and I drink both coffee and tea. I think it brews coffee better than tea perhaps because tea needs different brewing temperatures. The first few cups I brewed of both beverages had a very distinct plastic taste. This was even after installing the filter according to directions. I did some research and cleaned the machine with several cycles of white vinegar. This took away a lot of the plastic taste but not all of it. I have since run a few more cycles and it has gotten better with each cleaning. I am hoping this goes away entirely soon. While my husband and I still make a pot of tea and coffee each morning with our traditional machines, we do enjoy the convenience of having a single cup after work or after dinner. We also enjoy the variety of drinks and sizes available. The carafe option is very nice for having after-dinner coffee with guests when a whole pot of coffee would be too much. I did purchase a stainless carafe to use for tea because the plastic carafe holds the coffee flavor and I do not like my tea flavor "contaminated." All in all, I think I am satisfied with the Keurig 2.0. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

We use this machine throughout the day. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and even hot water. It never disappoints us. My only suggestion for improving this would be to make the carafe stainless and have a vacuum seal to keep the coffee hot. The plastic carafe doesn't serve us well unless we drink it fast. Other than that...perfection! Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for this review!
