I use this product everyday, I had the mini but I drink so much coffee the convenience of having a large water tank was better. I like the strong button option and the different size options but I feel it should allow for 12 oz. only goes to 10 oz. not sure if it matter but an Espresso feature would have been cool to add. I also like that you can customize the colors of the lights. Would have liked more colors. Love that you can make a pit of coffee think the carffe should allow the coffee to stay hot but it doesn't.

We use it daily for coffee, and the hot water feature for tea. We love the size options and the new carafe. The color light options are pretty cool. Only downside would be the inability to use old kcups, due to the 2.0 technology.

I use the Keurig 550 2-3x a day. It brews fast. I can brew Keurig K-cups for 8oz and use Vue cups for 10-16 oz. I also use the Karafe on the weekends. There is also an option to use the cappuccino Vue cups. The only problem I have with the unit is the coffee is not too hot compared the to old Keurig.

K550 is good, but has us concerned

Currently it's a love/hate relationship with our brewer. We value and appreciate the Keurig name, but we have had problems with all of our brewers including the K 550. We like that the brewer can handle various sizes of K Cups from regular to the Vue to the large. Going through the proper maintenance and cleaning procedures still causes the brewer to malfunction. We have had K Cups get stuck mid brew and with no other option but to open the lid, coffee grounds explode and spill everywhere. The 'strong' feature causes the coffee to almost drip out and the brew process is delayed significantly. One other thing we have noticed is that the time is always fast and runs fast consistently. We usually set the brewer time 30 minutes behind and within 3-4 days, it's up to the correct time and then beyond never showing the correct time. Don't get me wrong, when the brewer is running efficiently, we get phenomenal coffee. Keurig customer service is professional and reliable having gone through the troubleshooting and replacement brewer process more than one time. We owned our first K 550 brewer only 5 months before having to have it replaced due to its defects. As mentioned before, it's a love/hate relationship, but we want to try our best to hang in there with Keurig in hopes we will own a phenomenal brewer system. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review. Our first 2.0 broke after 3 months so we just got a second one (Fingers Crossed) Customer service was great though. Sent replacement k-cups for the ones we lost trying to correct the problem, and quickly shipped out a new unit when it was determined that the old one was dead. A+ customer service at this company!

Cons: Loud, HARD TO CLEAN, 1st One Only Lasted 3 Mth
