So easy to use, no waiting for a cup of coffee. Our guests can choose from the variety of K-cups we have displayed. Great for decaf drinkers; no waiting for a second pot to be brewed. We bought 3 Keurigs, one for home and 2 for the office.

We have the pot heat up and come on at 4:30am. That way all we have to do is put in the coffee pod and everything is ready. The Carafe' is nice on weekends when we are home all day. Order the right coffee pods and no problems at all. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review".

The coffee from this machine is not as hot as the old Vue machine I had. Being required to only buy Keurig coffee is an extreme disappointment. This machine was given to me by Keurig because I was unable to order my favorite Vue cups on the Keurig website. The price of the coffee has also increased. I originally bought the Vue machine because it offered more size selections so I thought I would be happy with this machine because I could get a 4 oz cup. The cons outweigh the pros. I would never purchase this machine. I like the original Kcup machines but would like them to have a 4 oz. size cup. Thanks, Keurig, for the packs for this review.

This is our thrid Keurig brewer and the best we have had. I love the option to either brew one cup at a time or an entire pot. We had an issue with the brewer keeping correct time but Keurig replaced it with a new one, and we have had no other problems. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Keurig 2.0 550 for Christmas

I bought the new 2.0 for my wife as a Christmas present. She loves it. The carafe allows her to make for social gatherings. It's much quieter than the old machine. It brews great coffee, is easy to use and looks great.
