The instructions to set initially set it up are a bit confusing, but after you set it up it's ok. Love the design and the fact that it holds more water. Haven't had time to try the carafe yet, but I love the concept!
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to use, Easy to clean, Large Pot, Brews quickly
Cons: Complicated Controls

Would be great if you could adjust the temperature. Coffee is warm most of the time. Needs to be cleaned on a regular basis to keep it from clogging. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

Changes for the K

I like my coffee morning noon and night. Had the keurig since they came out. When it started to go, I purchased a platinum what malfunctioned and all I could get was the new 2.0 . I should have been delighted b/c Keurig was upgrading me and replacing it under warranty. But really, I don't need the pot, and I really miss the My K Cup and dislike that now I must have the " right K cups". It works well and is pretty easy to figure out the settings. On the down side I find the water inlet blocks easily, so I keep a cake tester nearby to clean it out. Also, I can't figure out how to set the water temp. I have the K2.0/ 550. I would have rather had the platinum one I ordered just before the 2.0's hit the market.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: No My K Cup

We use our Keurig all day, every day. Have found we need to clean the needle that feeds the water every 2 weeks for consistent pour. But we still love the product.
Pros: Quiet, Brews quickly, Night Light For Kitchen, Stylish, Easy to use

Good product a few issues

Let me first say that the customer service is awesome. After purchasing one of the K550 brewers and using it for a week the brewer began to malfunction and would not brew. I called customer service and they expedited a completely new brewer to me and offered me free boxes of coffee for my trouble. The new brewer has been working perfectly now for over a month. One of my favorite features is the ability to brew different sized cups and being able to use the Vue travel mug packs. Overall, this is the best Keurig that we have owned. Thanks Keurig for the free pack for this review.

Thanks Keurig for the free packs for writing this review. I would have provided a review without them. I have been using a Keurig for many years now and enjoy the simplicity of them. The newest design is beyond my expectations and meets all my daily needs. It also, makes it easier to use when making coffee for several quest. Thank you again.
