We ordered one in December and it lasted maybe 2 months. We are now on our second one and so far so good. I will say thiis much though ... your customer service is great. We bought the new machine to replace our old Keurig which was a Platinum..I am afraid we should have kept the old one. My son has it now. I liked the idea of having a carafe but haven't even really used it yet.
Pros: Brews quickly, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Loud

I would always microwave cold coffee in the afternoon on my way to the gym,now I have fresh cup on the go for a late day pickup.

I am happy to be able to brew both K-cups and Vue packs in my new Keurig. The hot water feature is great too. I love the size of the water reservoir and the water filter too.
Pros: Brews quickly, Multiple Settings, Large Pot, Versatility

I previously used a Keurig Vue because I liked the additional settings, but when I had company, it took to long for everyone to get their morning fix. The 550 now solves that problem.

too much whiz and not enought bang

the coffee is not hot enough can not use other k-cups when I find them on sale at store the k-cups are to high priced they are overly priced and hard to use also have the view and can not afford the k-cups plus they discontinued them and they were too costly
Cons: Complicated Controls, Limited Features, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot
