I had one problem with my Keurig. After only one month Coffee granules got stuck in the top part of the maker. Took me awhile to get it unplugged. The trouble shooting in the book didn't cover the top part of the maker only that the bottom may get clogged.
Pros: Stylish, Large Pot, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Got Clogged, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Long Brew Time, HARD TO CLEAN

Needs a Lot of Work!!

I have a Platinum B70 and figured I would "upgrade" to the 2.0 K550 and use the old B70 for our camper. I am convinced I just downgraded big time. If I don't cycle a little water after I brew a cup of coffee every time it will clog and will have to do the paperclip fix to unclog it. I don't leave the K cup in and have tried other makes of coffee to no avail. I make 1 cup on the weekdays and maybe 3 per day on the weekend, so it is surely not being overused! The Carafe that comes with it is a joke. In roughly 1/2 hour the coffee is too cool and have to warm it up, even after letting it set with hot water in it to pre heat! My cheap coffee mug will keep it hot 3 times as long. I will be reversing the role I thought I would do and use this in the camper for occasional use and bring back the B70 for everyday use!! Good idea, it is quieter and more tech savy, but I just need a darn cup of coffee without being irritated. B70 did just that, the 2.0 is a far cry from maintenance free. Worst money I've spent in quite a while.

Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Very High Maintenance

I love my Keurig and couldn't live with out it (well, I could but I wouldn't be happy). I had the smaller version and received this one for Christmas. I really like that I can use my single serving K cups but can also make a pot with the larger K cups when we have company. It's so fast and easy to use. I like the look of it as well; it's much more sleek and modern than my old one. I'm not crazy about the how often the filter needs to be changed. I already had to change it and it's only been a couple of months. You also can't use certain K cups with it. I had some teas that I can't use. Other than that, it's great! I just wish the cost of the K cups on the Keurig website hadn't increased :-( Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs with this review though.

Easy to use,large water resivior , hot water option. Makes great delicious coffe. Love the different color resivior lighting. Drawback- I had kcups that did not fit. That was a bug expense loss.

I replaced my Keurig Elite (I gave the Elite to my parents because they fell in love with it while visiting) with the 2.0 and I love it! It heats and brews quickly and quietly. I wish it put out more than 6oz of hot water at a time for making tea, but that certainly isn't a deal breaker. I haven't used the nightlite or colored light options, but it's neat that they are there. I'd recommend giving this brewer a try. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

So far I like it, but the 10oz setting does not give 10oz, did get larger cups out of my old keurig but that one was much louder and finally died after about 5 years. Not that serious of a problem tho for me.
Pros: Quieter Than My Original
Cons: Brews Smaller Cups
