Not worth the bother or price.

I have packed mine up and put it away. Should have returned it for a refund. There are only a few choices of coffee to use with the brewer and wasn't told that at time of purchase. No coffee that we use. Pot doesn't keep it hot and you get maybe 3 small cups from a brew Not worth the extra money for pot and coffee. I have warned friends who thought they might try it. We are on our third Keurig pot but very dissatisfied with this new brewing system. I have spoken to Keurig rep on phone. They sent me free coffee but didn't seem to care about my comments.

Keurig 2.0 falls short of expectations

Don't get me wrong, we love our Keurig and could not live without it. When it is working correctly, it brews the perfect cup. However, the 2.0 has not met our expectations. We had to send our first one back because the clock does not keep time accurately and it eventually stopped brewing. Now, we are on our second 2.0 and this clock is also messed up. I hope it does not stop brewing as well. Additionally, I am a tea drinker and the limit to 6oz of hot water is a pain. I would like to brew 8 oz of hot water, I wish I could select the oz of hot water I prefer vs being forced to get 6 at a time.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Large Pot
Cons: Clock Does Not Keep Time, Complicated Controls, Only 6oz Hot Water, Limited Features

Overall, this is a great product! I have had several Keurigs and I found each to be great. I love the new features of the 2.0 and it's quick brew time. My only complaint is that you can't change the water temperature (it's not as hot as my previous Keurig) and that it doesn't make as large of a cup as my previous Keurig. It's not that big of a deal though and I would definitely recommend this product to a friend! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!

Having had the Veu for a few years I was finding that the Vue coffee was becoming an extinct species in my local stores so I decided to change using my Keirug points :-) Great style, probably too many options with wallpapers etc but each to there own! Good sized reservoir, quick to brew and heat up.Largest coffee size 10floz not enough for the larger mugs or travel mugs. As I have only had the unit 1 week it is too early to talk about quality issues, however the design is both good and well made I will have no problem recommending this product.

Love that filtered water isn't needed, although I don't think the carafe coffee tastes as good and the single Kcups.
