Great for a quick morning routine.

Great for a quick brew, I like to put it on during my morning routine. I will however point out how absurd it is to limit the brewer to Keurig only packs..... This is annoying.... But overall I have been very pleased with mine.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Brews quickly
Cons: Typical Auto-brew Quality

I love the auto off feature! I turn my Keurig on every night and it turns off after I leave for work. The coffee brews at a perfect temperature and tastes delicious. The only thing I don't like is that when it is low on water it won't let you shut the power off. Also, when you want just hot water it does this weird setting where you have to hold the brew button down. Other than that I love it!
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Large Pot, Stylish, Auto Off
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

We upgraded from the platinum plus. I have no issues with kcups like others. This machine is not as good in terms of quiteness - it clicks as it brews. But it really does make a good cup with limited splash. We also bought the stainless carafe which addressed concern about the included carafe not staying hot. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Cons: Loud, No Temp Control, Limited Features, Noiser Than My Platinun, Large Tumblrs Do Not Fit

I use my Keurig everyday. I can select the pod of coffee I want and it's easy and quick to brew. I wish the amount of hot water on demand had the ability to let me choose how much or how little I wanted, instead of 4,6 8 or 10 oz. settings. Otherwise, I love my Keurig!

I use the product every day. The pre-set on and off works great and is ready when I get ready for work. Use the strong setting, it makes the best brew. Coffee is hot, as I like it; not tepid like some other brewers.

I couldn't use some of the K-cups that I had with my old pot. They did have the Keurig symb. I tried and tried to get in touch with you but was put on hold multible times and after 30 minutes I gave up. I gave 26 cups to a friend. I wish I had kept my old pot.
Cons: Thermal Pot Does Not Warm, Therm Pot Dn Stay Warm, Some K-cup Unuseable

This is our 3rd Keurig brewer. We started out with the K60 K-Cup Brewer then upgraded to the Vue V700. Now using the K550 coffee has been elevated to a new level. The brewer is intelligent to brew each pack with the correct settings without any intervention. We just select the size and press the button. The large water reservoir means we're not refilling after just a few cups & the ability to brew a whole carafe makes this the most convenient brewer yet. Thanks Keurig for another fine product and thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review!
