So far we really like this brewer over the first version. It has a bigger reservoir and smaller footprint for the counter space. Only big negative is that it doesn't use generic k-cups. I haven't used the carafe yet, but looking forward to seeing how warm it keeps the coffee. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

Very pleased with my Keurig 2.0!

So far I've been very happy with my Keurig 2.0 brewer. It brews a perfect cup of coffee everytime. The one negative I see is you can't use the 'my k-cup' or any off brand k-cups. We previously had a Keurig platinum brewer but had problems with it which is what led us to the 2.0. Overall, I love it! "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

I get up in the morning and the brewer is already working, takes seconds for that first cup of coffee. The included water filter is great. I was a little disappointed that I couldnt use some of my kcups. they dont work in this brewer. Great purchase really enjoy it.

This is our 4th Keurig Brewer. Our very first one we just wore out. We now have this new one, another one at our beach house, and a mini in my office. Family members all have different hours, so making a full pot of coffee in the morning just doesn't work for us. Having the option for individual cups is perfect. Couple this with so many options on coffee and tea choices, it makes our coffee experiences flawless. I purchased this through The Keurig Website where I also purchase most of our K-Cups, I had enough points to get a substantial discount off the brewer. This made the experience even better. I had reservations about the new 2.0 before I purchased it due to all the negative reviews I had read on the keurig website. However once I received the machine and started to use it I found that none of the bad reviews were true. The machine makes coffee very easily, and hot and tastes great. It works as good as any of the others I have had. My wife and I use the machine every day as we drink a lot of coffee and each time it delivers a perfect cup of coffee. The carafe is useful as it speeds up making coffee for when we have company and need more then one cup at a time and still allows us to choose which coffee we want. Over all the machine is a very welcome addition to the keurig line.
