i have been using Keurig for years went from the B70 to 2.0 550 i found it easy to adapt luv the hotter temp the best.. find the larger pods expensive

Not a happy camper

Keurig replaced this machine for my platinum machine that broke in less then a year this machine doesn't compare what so ever to what I had and they claim they no longer make the model I had. The coffee isn't nearly as hot and it is slow and doesn't make nearly as large of a cup as my old machine did. I also do not like the fact that they are now making their machines to have to buy their coffee only or coffee that has been approved by them with that said I only buy my coffee from Keurig but I think it was a bad move on their part

Not as good as the Platinum

I use this product every day at least 2-3 times a day. Usually 2 cups of coffee and then hot water for tea. The best thing about this is it looks nice. I feel very disappointed that you can only use thier k-cups. The hot water function is ridiculous and cumbersome to use, the old Platinum was much better for this. The large pot does not keep the coffee hot at all, with in 15 minutes it is cold even when I prehet the pot with hot water prior to brewing the coffee. Even with their pods I often get grounds in my coffee.
Pros: Easy to clean
Cons: Limited Features, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Loud, Complicated Controls, Long Brew Time
