I love my new Keurig 2.0. Looks stylish and makes me a great cup of coffee. This is my 3rd brewer and I wasn't disappointed. Very convenient and with the variety of coffees I have,I couldn't be more happy.also-Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review. To keep my coffee hot longer ,all I do is put my milk in a cup and microwave a short while.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Durable, Large Pot, Easy to clean, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

I use this every morning for coffee but wish that it dispensed more than 6 oz. of hot water for hot tea throughout the day.
Pros: Brews quickly, Easy to use, Can Brew Strong Coffee, Multiple Settings

When I have to hold a button to get hot water, Keurig has moved backward. I am truly disappointed in my new Keurig. The first one I had was a better buy and I only had to clean it once in the time I had it. Have already had to clean my new one three time in about two months. Time to find out what consumers want, not what some engineer thinks they want.
Pros: Stylish, Very Few
Cons: Long Brew Time, Loud, HARD TO CLEAN, Clogs easily, Do Not Like, Hard To Get Hot Water, Not An Improvement

I have had a Keurig for years. I just upgraded to the K550 brewing system. really like the water filter in this one it makes the coffee even better! I also nice can do a pot of coffee quickly which is great of you're having people over for breakfast or brunch. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!

The new 2.0 Brewer is beautiful and brews a great cup of coffee. The only issue I found with it is that you can only brew new, specially coded K-Cups in it. I actually had a few boxes of older Green Mountain Coffee K-Cups I was unable to use because the sensor in the 2.0 Brewer could not "read" the label on the K-Cup. Also, you cannot use the My K-Cup or other re-useable device to cut down on all of the plastic K-cups that end up in the trash. To me that is a major problem and if I had been aware of it prior to purchasing the 2.0 Brewer I think, I would have passed and purchased one of the older models.

Cons: Inability To Use My K-cup

I love this brewer! I buy all my coffee directly from Keurig so all the BS in the media about pods not being compatible - well to those people please read the description before you buy it! But I digress...I bought this to replace an aging Keurig that has been in my kitchen for 9 years (with no problems). Time will tell if the K550 will last as long, but so far I am extremely pleased with the machine. I like that I can brew both KCups and Vue Packs and better yet, that I can brew a pot of coffee that stays hot. Great product Keurig!!! "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."
