I upgraded my Keurig maker recently and have been unhappy ever since. I had to battle with the customer service folks to get replacement pods for the new machine. It tears large holes in the pods and wont complete the brew. This is my second 2.0! Same issues. Frustrating!
Cons: Destroys Pods At Random, Frequently Leaves Grounds, Makes Huge Mess

The best coffee makers brew hotter @ around 205 degrees to extract the flavor anything less does not get all the flavor out of the coffee. @ 192 i have to put my cup into the microwave just to get it hot enough to take to work so it is not cold in ten minutes, but i am still not getting the best taste it is good but not as good as it can be. I am in the food industry and have always found that the best resturants with the best coffee all have coffee makers that brew hotter thats the differance, you can even use cheap coffee with the hotter temps and it will taste better than good coffee brewed at lower temps.
Pros: Looks good, Larger Water Capacity, Can Make A Carafe
Cons: Needs Up To 12oz H2o, Not hot enough, 192 To Cold, 205 Best Temp For Flavr

Our latest of 4 machines since 2012 just bit the dust. We love the convenience of the Keurig but it does come with a cost. The new 2.0 machine has been troublesome and temperamental from the start. We hate that we are replacing it just because we have a bunch of pods that we don't want to see go to waste. A call to "support" left me sympathetically unsupported and now cashing in reward points and 100 bucks to replace yet another brewer. Without a doubt it will be the last Keurig brewer we buy, we will be weaning ourselves from the convenience, the $100+ monthly cost of pods, and will be going back to the old brew pot that never failed.

I purchased a 560 to replace my platinum brewer that quit. Rather disappointed with this new machine, it looks nice, but in the end what I really want is a HOT cup of coffee. This unit fails to deliver. Coffee is barely 170 degrees right out of the brewer. My old brewer delivered a much hotter cup. The bells and whistles are nice, but for the price of this machine, I would expect it to at least be able to perform its basic function, deliver a hot cup of coffee. Unfortunately, it is sorely lacking in that department. Disappointed.
I owned a Platinum since June 2013 and loved it until it started short cupping me and asking to be de-scaled every 5 cups. I contacted customer service and they offered me a K550 for a pretty good discount since mine was out of warranty. I was skeptical because many I know do not like their 2.0s. After following the instructions for set up and initial hot water brew the day I got the K550, the next morning I got up looking forward to a full cup of coffee. As I was drinking the first cup of McCafe coffee from the kcup, I realized I had coffee grounds in it. THIS IS FROM THE FIRST CUP! I went for my normal second cup of the day and it gave me the brew interrupted fault. After running hot water through it, using the cleaning tool, and taking the parts out that can be cleaned and cleaning them and still having the exactly the same problems (even with other types of coffee) I called customer service. Their answer was that I got the needle dirty and I needed to clean it. Really? With the first cup? They are sending me a K500 as a replacement but I won't tolerate as many days as I did with this one if the new one doesn't work right. I will go back to my Mr. Coffee pot.
Pros: Stylish
Cons: Grounds In Coffee, Loud

This is the BIGGEST PIECE OF JUNK Keurig ever made. Bought 1 took it back, bought a replacement and that also quit working after ONLY 1 WEEK.
Pros: Multiple Settings
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Water Just Drips Into Cup, Long Brew Time
