I love my Keurig 2.0 Brewer!

I upgraded from a perfectly fine, non damaged Keurig 1.0 brewer to a 2.0 brewer and have been really, really happy with it. It looks better on the counter, brews quickly and QUIETLY, and I love the option to use the carafe for quick and easy refills. Very happy with the upgrade and I hope it lasts as long as my other one did!

So far, I'm very pleased with my Keurig 2.0. It brews a perfect cup of coffee everytime. The one negative I see is I can't use the 'my k-cup' with this brewer or any off brand k-cups. We previously had the Keurig platinum brewer but had problems with it which is what led us to the new 2.0. Overall, I love it! "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

Replaced an older, but functioning Keurig brewer. Donated older one to my children's school. Like the carafe option with this one as well as a strong brew option for the k-cups. However, I do miss not having an option of a single cup larger than 10 oz. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Cannot make tea or hot cocoa. Due to proprietary k cups, limit my choices. Have to trick system to brew them. Like making a carafe.

The Good I LIKE that we can set to brew stronger takes a little longer but thats ok i get a stronger cup out of the same pod I LIKE the carafe for multiple people having same kind of coffee I DISLIKE that i have to remove the try every time i want to use my 16oz cup then if i forget to put it right back get drips on the counter the center of the tray has a black piece that sticks up so you cannot remove the metal and set your cup inside which i would have preferred so you dont have drips on counter I DISLIKE very much that in order to get hot water we have to stand in front of it holding down the brew button i would prefer to select the size of water i want hit brew and walk away until its done because if you only want 4 ounces you must guess as it will stop at 6 ounces.. I DISLIKE that i cannot use a my kcup in here as i have family members who cannot drink coffee but like coffee alternatives which in the past i could brew for them through my kcup please make this an option some how. Thank you
