I upgraded from the Vue and love this new brewer and all the new features and would definitely recommend this one to anyone looking to purchase a Keurig brewing system. I love the hot water feature since I also like making tea but I do wish the hot water feature would dispense up to 8 ounces at a time.

The new feature to select a Strong Brew is greatly appreciated as well as the ability to brew a carafe for entertaining. Overall it seems like it is designed better than the prior version and the pump to fill the reservoir seems much more problem free.
Pros: Easy to use, Easy to clean, Strong Brew Is Great, Multiple Settings, Durable, Large Pot
Cons: Brew Time Is Almost 2 Min, Long Brew Time

I've had my new 2.0 for 4 days and its so much easier than my old one. I like that you can set it to turn on at a certain time so you don't have to wait for it to preheat. I had some issues setting it up and called customer service. Sasha was wonderful at helping me figure out how to use it. Great customer service!

This is an elegant looking multi-functional machine that does everything that ii is supposed to do. Only complaint is that there are sometimes coffee grounds in my coffee cup.

Love the new machine. It's so user-friendly, and I love having the different settings. The only thing is that it's not compatible with a coffee filter for the coffee grounds I have at home, and the carafe doesn't keep the coffee hot.

Quick and easy coffee

This coffee maker is great. It seems to make my coffee hotter than my previous keurig. My only complaint is that it only makes a 10 oz cup and that I can't use my other keurig cups. I purchase in bulk and have 400 keurig brand cups that can't be used in the new 2.0 machine....huge loss of money there! Overall, if you liked your first keurig, you'll also like this one.
