I love the choices for cup sizes and brew strength. Brewing a pot/caraffe is great. Keurig has a huge selection of k-cups for this brewer. A compatible cup to brew your own ground coffee would be really great - as of yet I don't think one is available. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review! You really are a great company.

Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review. I do love the convenience; however, at this point the 2.0 550 is still experiencing growing pains. Need to be able to brew my own ground coffee. I am currently working with the corporate office on continued issues with my automatic on/off feature.

I've been a Keurig user since 2008. This is my first 2.0 brewer. I'm very pleased with it. It brews great and Keurig will exchange any non-2.0 k-cups if you have any. I especially like the stronger coffee option. My only complaint is that I wish the reservoir was bigger. However, overall I think it makes a better cup of coffee than its predecessor.

Use it everyday. We're coffee'a'holics. Morning sipers & again in the evening after a hard day at work. B-Ware of the Coffee ordered with the brewer. Mine are all past their 'sell by date' Calling company today to resolve.

I have had an exceptional experience with Keurig, what a great company. had problems with my machine and they replaced it with the latest model with no hassle. I have told all my friends about the great customer service. The new Keurig 2.0 makes a great cup of coffee. I bought one for work so I can enjoy it there too.

Great machine hate DRM

The machine is great in that it gives you the option of a single cup or a pot of coffee, but the introduction of DRM is not a good idea. It limits customers, and doesnt bode well for the pots or the Kcups. I suggest that they offer a reusable pod that will work with DRM asap to appease the thousands of customers that are dissatisfied.
