When I first received this, I had issues with the K-Cups. The customer Service Department took the time to explain the new technology and sent correct products to me to make things right when they didn't have to. Now I enjoy great coffee daily. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.

I recently got a new Keurig k550 brewer after my old one broke. Customer service was so helpful in trying to get me to fix my old brewer. Ultimately there was nothing that could be done to fix it and they offered me a K550 which I purchased. It's such a great brewer. It's quiet, easy to use, has three different cup sizes to choose from. The coffee comes out hot every time and is easy to clean. I highly recommend this product. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review

I'm a Keurig fan and like the machine however it needs to have the 12 cup setting and also be able to default to any brew cup like my previous Keurig coffee maker.
