Bad start, Great Finish

My first machine was faulty, but after calling Keurig about it the replaced the system without any hassles. The new machine works great, I I love that it makes a strong better tasting cup of coffee.
Pros: Easy to clean, Coffee Tastes Better, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: A Little Louder, Long Brew Time

I used this product at my house and utilized the carafe for a few days and loved it. I have now brought it to my office and utilize it for single serve cups and I would definitely recommend this model to anyone.

This is such a convenience and you can make a strong cup of coffee or regular. Only complaint is that there are sometimes loose coffee grounds in my cup of coffee.

I'm not a big coffee drinker so I love being able to make a single cup here and there when I want a cup. it's so easy and fast to brew a cup of coffee! I like the carafe but it's not well insulated so the coffee seems to get cold fast.

I really enjoy the customizable options that this Keurig machine offers, custom wallpapers, lights, etc.. The Carafe is a nice feature when you have larger gatherings, it replaced my second conventional coffee pot. The Keurig heats up faster than both the older generation machines that I have owned. The only feature I miss is the ability to make larger than 10oz cups with a k-cup. Overall the machine makes great coffee and is very convenient and seems to require less cleaning that the older machines I've owned. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I upgraded from the Platinum to this. I was concerned of the size to fit properly under counter with the pull out tray. No Problem!!! I love this brewer as it turns out, even the smallest things, like it is a little louder when brewing and has no 12 oz. feature, the pro's certainly outweigh the cons. Like the fact I can change colors, wallpaper, and even though I drink tea, when I make coffee I can actually have more than one cup for people who are drinking coffee. My biggest plus is that I can change the strength of the tea, I use one cup as strong at 10 oz, and the same cup at regular at 4 oz. Perfect cup of Earl Grey Tea. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review. I purchase all my products from the Keurig site and have never had an issue. In fact when I ordered something wrong, they handled quickly and sent me what I wanted. You are the best. :) this is why I keep coming back. I recommend this site to so many people.
