The Keurig 2.0 K550 is a good brewer. I do wish However, that I could choose larger single cup sizes using my k- cups. 12 or 14oz would be nice. Also, I've had mine since the end of October & have already needed to clean/descaled & replace filter 5x now. Seems like a bit too much maintenance for a coffee maker. Overall, it works good & looks nice.
Pros: Brews quickly, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Limited Features

Very happy generally. Excellent customer service. My only complaint, is that I was most excited about the carafe size, That's somewhat of a disappointment. The plastic walls of the carafe leave a slight plastic taste to the coffee, and while the single cups temperature dispense at a decent level of hotness, the carafe is cool as soon as it is filled. Either a better thermos type carafe is needed (without the thin plastic odor/taste) or a heating "seat" to keep it hot. Otherwise an excellent system for single cups, Thanks, Keurig,for the free packs for this reciew.

Never going back to a conventional maker

I use it every weekend for Coffee and Ice Tea. I also use it at night for Sleepytime tea. I love the nightlight setting, the light colors, I can set the machine to turn off after an hour if not in use and the clock stays on. It was very easy to set up and love that I can use my left over VUE cups and K-cups. The only thing is I would like to see a " Brew Hotter" setting and the handle seems a little flimsy. But I love this brewer!!!!

My kids love having the hot chocolate from the Keurig,it's just really fresh and I love the hot water see tings for my teas, Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Very easy to set up and use. I get a perfect cup of coffee every time. I have it set to turn on just before I get up, so all I have to do is put in a K-Cup and an d I get the perfect cup of coffee in a minute.

The unit itself is attractive and functions well. We did have to return our first one as the screen went blank and wouldn't reset but Keurig handled the return quickly and without fuss! I do wish Keurig would find a way to add the ability to brew our own coffee as we could with the original unit!

Some Green Mountain K-Cups don't work

I use this product on an everyday basis. So far the only thing i dislike it that the coffee doesn't come out very hot. I did buy a box of K-Cups from Shaw's Supermarket by Green Mountain and the machine is reading not for this machine. Other than that its great.
