Love the new Keurig. Was very disappointed that pods that I purchased from Keurig would not brew. Got the Oops message. Got the story that it wants to brew the perfect cup. It is hot water going through a machine that goes through a pod that has coffee, tea, hot choc., soup already in it! Ridiculous.
Pros: Large Water Container, Quiet, Love Lighting
Cons: Brew Old Pods

I'm just not a fan of the new brewers. They splatter when brewing and the hot water button is annoying because you have to hold it until it stops brewing and it only produces 6oz. of water. I like more of an upscale machine in my home. This is all plastic.
Pros: Illuminating Lights, Compact, Various Cup Sizes
Cons: Splatters All Over, Hot Water Only 6oz, Degree Of Hot Coffee, Hot Water Button Annoying

This is a stylish product and lighter in weight than my past Keurigs. Nice features and accurate brewing as for cup size. However, it is very noisy. It has a loud pulsating sound during brewing. Again, even my older ones did not do this. I hope this system lasts. The brewing noise is annoying.
Pros: Fast brewing
Cons: Very Noisy

Great brewer but one issue for me

The only thing I do not like about this brewer is that most of my kcups are are not useable as they are not detected as correct kcup types so now I need to have two brewers until all of those kcups are used. Otherwise love the brewer!
When my old Vue machine conked out after (just) two years, I appreciated the offer Keurig gave me to replace it with a 2.0, and looked forward to using it. However, it feels like a step backwards in some ways. It's messier than my old machine in terms of dripping, and it does not allow me to fill my large mug (10 oz. is the max). But it will do. Next time (hopefully not for a long time), I'll explore more options.
Pros: A Bit More Automatic, I Can Use K- Or Vue-cups, Carafe Option Works Well
Cons: No Option For Large Cups, Drips After Brew Complete, Can't Use Old Non-lic Pod
Takes longer than my last brewer to brew a cup of coffee. Gets clogged quite easily. Had to purchase proper k-cups (can't use just any k-cup). Makes more noise than previous Brewer. I do like the carafe just wish it brewed 6-8 cups instead of 3 - 4 being that most people drink a 10-12 oz cup of coffee. This is my 4th brewer and I am disappointed in this brewer. Luckily I'm a 1 cup a day coffee drinker so I can deal with it. My husband...Not so happy!!

Misleading "features" listed

So many of the features of my previous Keurig are missing in this model, I'm not sure where to start. The hot water feature is the most dissapointing. You have to stand at the machine and hold down on the button just to get the max 6 oz. at a time. 6 ounces! I can't even imagine what that could be used for. You have to open and close the machine to get more hot water, after you wait for it to heat up again. You either get the max 6 oz. or you get an undeterminable amount if you release the button early. You cannot pre-set any settings for regular k-cups, that is for the carafe part only. The max oz. you can brew for a regular k-cup is 10 and you can NOT set it as the default. You, of course, can open and close the machine and brew additional oz.'s. You then have to wait several seconds for the water to heat again. So again, I am standing at the machine every morning for several minutes making one cup of coffee to go. If my old Keurig had not broken, this would be going back to the store. It is the most inconvenient appliance in my kitchen.
Cons: Small Brewing Size, Not Programmable

I use mine at least 10 times a day. Read the coffee didn't come out hot enough but Ive never had that problem, same with saying you have to hold down the button for just the hot water. I just press it and get the water no holding. People said there was no cup size setting but mine makes up to a 12oz cup with a regular sized K-Cup!!! Only thing I haven't figured out is the night light yet it seems to just always be on and I have some boxes of cups that don't work in this new one!! Other than those couple things I would have to say I absolutely love it!!! Oh yea cant forget the carafe which is also awesome. Wish it came with the metal one but eh I can buy that!!! I've dealt with Keurig for many years now and any time I've had a problem or question they were very polite and took care of whatever the issue was!!! Keep up the good work!! No more coffee shops for this guy!!! I haven't received anything for writing this review!!
Pros: Best Customer Service, Convenient, Great tasting coffee
