I like the new design of the brewer and I find that it is easy to use. It make a really hot cup of coffee. The especially like the larger reservoir. It is much improved over the previous models of brewers. "Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

I bought the Keurig 2.0 to replace an older version of the Keurig brewer. The first brewer that was shipped to me by Keurig.com wouldn't even turn on. I called Keurig before Thanksgiving to inform them of their faulty product and they were going to send me out a replacement brewer head. I was instructed that I had to PAY to ship the faulty brewer head back to them or else I would be charged for 2 Keurig's. I was very upset that I, being the customer, would have to PAY to send back their faulty product. They told me, "that's just how it works." WOW, that's just how it works?!?! About 2 weeks before Christmas I still hadn't received my replacement head and I called back. They told me that it was on back order and I would just have to wait for them to be restocked! WHAT?! Finally a week before Christmas I called and was FED UP! It had been over a month since my initial order and I still wasn't able to use my new brewer. They finally noticed that for some reason my replacement order had been cancelled so they placed another order. I got the replacement order a few days later. FINALLY I was able to use this new and supposed improved brewer. Boy have I been disappointed! First off, the auto on feature does not work when you have the nightlight feature turned on. The coffee pot has to preheat the water in between each brewing which takes atleast 20 to 30 seconds. The max amount you can brew at a time is 10 ounces which doesn't fill my morning travel mug. My old brewer allowed for a 12 ounce brew which was PERFECT. With this brewer I have to brew an 8 ounce, wait for the water to preheat and then use the same K-cup to brew another 4 ounces to fill my travel mug. I don't understand why I can't choose how many ounces I want to brew. My coffee gets cold really quickly and this brewer does not give you the option to increase the heat of the water. The hot water on demand feature isn't really that hot. I use it for chicken noodle soup for my 6 year old and he's able to eat the soup right away. That tells you how cool the water really is. After you remove the K-cup from the brew head and close the lid it automatically goes to the hot water on demand feature that I have to "cancel" rather than back to the home screen where it displays the time. This brewer states that there is an option for "favorites". Good luck finding that. Even following the directions in the owner manual doesn't get you to the option for this "favorites" screen. This brewer is a total step back from my old Keurig. I wish I wouldn't have wasted my money. Keurig really knows how to "sell an item". They suckered me in to buying a product that doesn't perform all the features that it promised! Truly disappointed!! Disclosure: "Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

Hi Unhappy Buyer, You can brew 12oz-16oz of cup by using a Vue pack, just don't forget to buy the one's with the Keurig 2.0 logo. The temperature is not adjustable, Keurig has set the brew temperature to optimize taste. For K-Cup packs, the brew temperature is set at 193 degrees Fahrenheit. For Vue and K-Carafe packs, the brew temperature is set at 197 degrees Fahrenheit. These settings are the highest of any Keurig brewers.

I like that it makes a carafe of coffee. I really do not like that I can't get a 12oz cup of coffee. I also don't like how you get hot water, other keurig I could get any size cup of water and not have to hold a button down.
Pros: Brews quickly, Easy to use
Cons: Loud, Can't Get 12oz Cup, Hard To Get Hot Water, Limited Features, Can Only Get 6oz Hot Wate

I like being able to use a wide variety of cups including K-cup and Vue. It has a loud pumping noise that is unpleasant and it does not allow you to control the temperature as the advertising describes.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Can Use Both Kcup And Vue, Easy to use
Cons: Loud, No Control Of Temperature

Hands down this is the best coffee maker I've owned. I use it everyday and have no complaints at all. The variety of coffee available is outstanding. The addition of the 4 cup carafe is a great upgrade. Some people complain about the cost, however, being in the Keurig coffee club has kept my cost down below that of K-cups available in my local supermarket . I did my research prior to buying this product, so I had no surprises. I was able to use the last off my Vue cups as they were also compatible.
Pros: Large Pot, Brews quickly, Multiple Settings

The things I like about the new 2.0 brewer Larger water Reservoir Carafe for the weekends The auto on and off feature Things that need improvement The auto on feature is buggy, sometimes it doesn't work properly. Unit comes on but it will not operate until being turned off and back on. The unit has gotten very loud after only a few weeks of use. The pump is loud compared to my old unit also.
Pros: Brews quickly, Stylish
Cons: Buggy Settings, Loud

This new Keurig is great! First off at setup you will find some pretty cool features the last brewers didn't have. My favorite is the strong setting; I don't know how many times I wished my coffee could be just a tad stronger in my last Keurig. Oh and I love color so being able to change the color of the light on the tank water is awesome! It's quiet and brews quickly, it takes a tad bit more time to brew a strongercup but not anything substantial. I haven't had any problems finding kcups to brew either; even my favorite coffee the gevalia Carmel macchiato is Keurig 2.0 compatible so no complaints here.
Pros: Large Pot, Stylish, Easy to use, Brews quickly, Multiple Settings

I love that this has such a great big water reservoir. I can have people over and not have to constantly be filling the water back up. I love the touch screen and all the features of this brewer are just phenomenal. The fact that it will shut off when it hasn't been used in a while is awesome and great for the environment and my wallet! Thanks for making such a great product!
Pros: Easy to clean, Easy to use, Durable, Multiple Settings, Brews quickly, Stylish, Large Pot
