Love this. Instructions so well written, and are friendly. Fun, gorgeous product. Unfortunately some of my boxes, that I have had a while do not work. I did comment about this online. I will always have a Keurig!

Brew at work beats dragging a Thermos

First my disclosure: Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review. Four of us at the office pitched in and bought this unit. I have run through two of the older B90s at home and suggested we do this primarily for individual cups. I like strong dark roast coffee and this unit does a great job of making the coffees I enjoy. It makes, on average, about 3 reservoirs full of coffee daily and we've been using it for 3 months. Issues include: we all like the stainless steel Thermos cups and they are too tall for it. To compensate, the maker is on a pedestal and this makes for a longer drop and, therefore, greater splatter. I wish it did the 11.5 ounce dispense like my old B90. We have no use for the carafe, but this is likely a result of it being a shared unit. I could see its value if I were brewing at home. Finally, I have noticed that it has been shutting itself off right after I turn it on in the morning. A second touch of the power switch is required to get it to pre-heat. Beyond these shortcomings, I'd say we're all pretty pleased with the choice. One of my co-workers calls this thing a "luxury." Another commented how quiet it operates. This is important as the old B90 would have earned me a beat down from the cubicle police. The auto-off time and idle-duration off are important features in an office environment. For my part, it is nice not to have to carry two Thermoses full of my favorite Keurig coffees from my home every day (along with my laptop and my lunch)!

Cons: On Switch Touchy, Coffee Splatter, Cup Size Too Small

Over Rated and want my Vue Back

I wish I was able to brew a cup bigger than 10oz and the cafe you need to brew the cup through 4 times to get a cafe full. Coffee doesn't stay hot. I liked with the Vue I could set the brewing temp higher. And I don't care for the "hot water on demand" button, you have to open the lid and close it each time in order to get hot water and the most you can get at one time is 6 oz. Really not on demand. I guess the only good thing about this brewer is you can use regular K-cups and most of the Vue cups.
Pros: Stylish
Cons: Long Brew Time, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Small Pot

This brewer is AMAZING! The touch screen display is user friendly, the night feature is useful when you need a cup of coffee in the early morning and are not ready to turn on the lights. The only thing strange is that every once and a while the coffee is brewing it splashes a little but this is easily overlooked by the ease of cleaning the brewer. Looks great with any décor, I highly recommend this brewer! Thanks Keurig, for a terrific product and the free packs for this review!
