I think I liked my VUE machine better.

This machine is beautiful in design and I liked the idea of the carafe for when we have company but I don't like that you can't pick your coffee temperature and it seems to brew much louder than our VUE machine did.
Pros: Stylish, Brews quickly, Large Pot, Easy to use
Cons: Messy, Loud, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

Had a Vue but wanted more options in coffee the 2.0 gives it to you! I wish it allowed you to make 12-16 ounces because that is what our cups are - also find it is slower brewing than my vue and I have to clean the needles weekly unlike the Vue - but overall I would recommend and buy again!
Pros: Brews quickly, Durable, Easy to clean, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use, Large Pot
Cons: Limited Ounces For 12-16, Grounds Get In Needles

Makes Great Coffee

I have been using Keurig Brewers for years and they make a great cup of coffee. This is also true of the new 2.0 K550. The only problem I have with the 550 is that you are limited to one size (6 oz.) for hot water. The older models allowed you to get all sizes of hot water up to 12 oz. I like to use it as a hot water dispenser for things like cereal.

Cons: Limited To One Hot Water, Limited Features

For the most part I really like my Keurig 550. I like the color display, ease of use, and ability to customize settings. The one thing I miss from my previous Keurig brewer is to be able to set the water temperature. As such, the default setting on the 550 is a bit too low for my preference and the coffee becomes cool quickly. Thanks, Keurig, for the fee packs for this review.

I've read complaints about not being able to use your own coffee with the separate coffee filter that was available with Keurig's older brewers. Hey, that's exactly why I use a Keurig K-Cup. I hate having to clean up, coffee grounds in the sink, along the sides of your trash can. If I wanted the mess I would use a regular coffee pot. This way I plop in the K-Cup, brew my coffee, toss the used K-Cup in the trash and start my day. "Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review".
