We love our Keurig 550! It makes a great cup every time! We love the convenience and simplicity of making a great cup with no fuss, no waste very morning. Easy, fast, reliable. The only drawbacks are 1) it's is noisier than I prefer and 2) the carafe doesn't keep the coffee hot. Other than that, we love it!!!! Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review!

I drink coffee as soon as I get up , which is why I like the Auto on feature, but it does not work all the time. I also liked my older brewer as it had a 12oz size .. I have to run my coffee thru twice to get this size with the new brewer. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review

I love my Keurig 2.0. I have had 3 different styles over the last several years, and I bought this one because I could make more than one cup. After I had it for about 2 months, I had problems with the brewing. It did not fully brew. However, when I called the tech person at Keurig, he gave me some suggestions for cleaning it, and I have not had any probems since. I have not used the multiple cups a lot, but it has come in handy when I needed more than 1 cup of coffee.

I love this for my two person studio. I drink 3-4 cups throughout the day so a traditional pot is not for me. I like flavored coffee but my assistant doesn't so it's perfect. I love the fresh cup every time. It could brew faster for the 10 ounce option. I have not used the caraf thing that came with it other than to fill it. So thankful to Keurig for the free pack for doing this review also! Can't wait to try some new flavors.
