I love my Keirig for its ease of use and variety! I no longer throw out half a pot of coffee! Love it and would recomend the K550 to anyone who love a variety to thier beverage choices.

I was a first timer with Keurig; with all of the hype over the holidays I figured I'd give it a try. I absolutely love the machine, I don't know how I did without for so long. There are so many different authentic k cups which I was a little worried about with seeing all of the negative reviews about the 2.0 not taking generics. With that being said I was a little disappointed that it does not have temperature control. It doesn't seem like it gets quite as hot as the work keurig ( which is the older version of the home keurig). Other than that, I am very happy with my purchase. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

We absolutely love our Keurig. The first 2.0 we ordered stopped working within a week, very frustrated. The customer service was great and replacement was on the way immediately. Have not had an issue since. We use it multiple times a day, everyone should have one of these. AWESOME!

We have been really pleased with the new 2.0 brewing system. It replaced our old Keurig which was still running fine so we gave that unit to a family member. This new unit has the ability to brew carafes and one can very the strength of the coffee. We use it every single day. We also like the new colors available in the panel and tank light. A good machine with minor flaws

It wors fine but does not heat water hot enough. Also. Not being able to use my k cup or other ground coffee solution is a negative. Also not compatible with some good quality I ups on the market including chick full O nuts
