Use it everyday. I dont see a significant upgrade from the old brewer. I've never used the pot. Why would I drink coffee from the pot if I can make a fresh hot cup? No temp setting. No preset for "strong" unless youre using the pot.
Pros: Stylish, Set Timer
Cons: Limited Features, Long Brew Time
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We love our new Keurig K550! It makes a GREAT cup of coffee every time! It is fast, consistent and reliable. We love the convenience of the K cup technology...easy, clean, fast and ready to go at a moment's notice! Cons- 1) noisy and 2) coffee doesn't get very hot in the carafe brew mode. Other than that, it is our most used appliance in the house!

THANKS KEURIG FOR THE FREE K CUP PACKS! Hate the fact that I cannot use old K Cups even those I have recently purchased. New more variety of k-carafe which I assume will continue to grow. We use 12 & 18 oz coffee cups - one cup each and the carafe is empty. Unit is nice looking, works quietly. I also use 24 oz Tervis tumblers to make iced drinks, they do not fit under the unit as they did with our previous Keurig.
Pros: Fast Preheat Time, Brews quickly, Fast brew time, Large water resevoir, Quiet when brewing, Easy to use
Cons: Can't Fit Large Tumblers, Pot Is Still Small, Small Pot, Doesn't Accept Old K Cups, Not Large Variety K-caraf

I went from a very satisfied customer to an unsatified one when I bought My 2.0. If I wanted a 12oz. cup of coffee I had to use a Vue cup. Not many flavor selections to choose from. Not all K cups will work in the 2.0.
Cons: Not enough cup sizes
