Overall a fantastic and stylish brewer that is high-quality and brews a consistent cup of coffee, tea, or hot cocoa. Much improved from the earlier models, but I loved those too! I love this brewer, just wish that you did not have to hold down the button in order to brew hot water. It seems a little silly to have to stand there and hold the button down to only get 6 ounces of water. Wish I could brew up to 10 or 12 ounces of water at a time, and did not have to hold the button down. For this reason, I usually just put water in the microwave rather than using my Keurig. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

I like this new 2.0 k550 brewer it brews great tasteing coffee, I also love making hot coco. And it gives you notices when things need to be done like replacing the filter and descaeling.

I was very disheartened by the fact that I couldn't use my k cups from last summer. They were outdated. Also can't use off brand k cups. I think that's a low blow from Keurig, considering I buy 90% of my coffee from them anyway. It hasn't stopped me from loving and using my brewer. I wish the 2.0 features were easier to figure out. I am still learning!
