Customer service was great, questioned brewing temp., thought it should be hotter, and realized mugs were cold.

Excellent Coffee Maker

The coffee maker doesn't want to stay on during set times. I set mine to turn on at 6:00 AM and Shut off at 8:00 AM. The coffee maker turns itself off before the 8:00 AM shut off time. I have even disabled the economy mode in an attempt to stop this from occurring.

I love my K550 brewer! The bells and whistles on it are really fun. I LOVE the carafe option! The only thing I would change about it is that in order to brew larger than a 10oz cup of coffee, you have to use a carafe brew pack. I like the larger brew options on my last brewer. Thanks, Keurig, for the free brew packs for this review!

I really do like this machine. I have been a loyal Keurig customer since the first K-Cup brewer hit the home market in 2006 and this is my 5th brewer. They just keep getting better and more versatile. This one is better than my VUE brewer since it can brew K-cups too, giving me a much wider selection of coffees and other beverages to choose from. The water reservoir is bigger, the touch display is a big improvement and the styling is great. The only down-side to this machine is the the addition of a system to make sure the owner uses only Keurig licensed pods. I don't really see that this was necessary and I miss the "free-market" competition for my business. If Keurig packages great coffee at a fair price then they will always have plenty of demand for their products. Forcing the customer to only buy their product will cause resentment in the long run. This would be a fantastic product with out the optical checking system. Thanks Keurig for the 2 free boxes for doing this review.

I use it every day brews a great cup of coffee and brews a pot of coffee that's nice will not brew store brands or reusable cup and the k-carafe cup are not sold at my stores yet

We all love our keurig

I have a family of 4 and we all use keurig every day. It is so convenient. The only thing I don't is that it does not brew the amount stated. Example, if I chooose 6oz, it's not 6ozs. Its closer to 4 1/2. I can live with that. It's easy to clean and use. And, a cup is brewed quickly.
