Overall it is a great unit and a good improvement over the previous generation. Being unable to heat more than 6oz of just water is a bit of a downside but not a deal breaker. My biggest complaint is when its been off and has to preheat you cannot put in a K-Cup and set it to what you want until it has finished heating. Again, not a deal breaker.
Pros: Large Pot, Easy to clean, Multiple Settings, Brews quickly, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Long Preheat Time, Only 6oz Hot Water

Best Keurig Ever

Use this brewer everyday for coffee and for brewing tea. Love the presets for different packs and the large water tank which means less time between refills. As a previous Vue user I do miss the water temp. control feature but overall the 2.0 is the best brewer yet. Have not used the Carafe yet but will soon. I like my new and modern styled Keurig 2.0 coffee machine. I really do like the big water resevoir which allows me to fill it up with water once every two days or so. I also like that I can make a whole pot of coffee if i would like to. I can adjust the strength of coffee that I wish to make by choosing the cup size. The only down fall that I have had is that some of my kcups won't work in this machine. Other than that I really do enjoy using it several times a day. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.

Improved & Better, very minor issues

So I had a Vue V700 brewer before this and when I saw the 2.0 come out I ordered one for Christmas because of some new features and backward compatibility. The device is very similar to a Vue in controls and settings. The biggest advantage is it can take K-Cups, Vue packs, and Carafe packs. An issue for most would be not being able to use the old or non-Keurig K-Cups with the machine. HOWEVER, Keurig sends you new ones to replace your old ones if you give their OOPS! line a call. There are workarounds for non-Keurig ones, so no issues there either. Also, I realized, there is a menu when you put in a Vue pack with the green dot on it. There are 6 different brew modes, which I think will be future beverage packs, or will be used for existing Vue packs when they all get updated with the green dot. So after talking about the awesomeness, lets talk some of the cons. First of all, when you use a Carafe or a Vue pack, there is a little bit of leaked water on the cup and around the cup insert. Doesn't happen with K-Cups. This could be due to both needles being on top, but didn't have an issue with the Vue V700 with the same needle setup. I don't know. However, I clean my brewer pretty often, so it doesn't bother me as much. The other minor issue is dripping after brewing beverages. It is not excessive but definitely more than the V700. When I'm done with brewing a big mug/cup without the drip tray, or brewing a carafe, I have to make sure it doesn't drip a lot before i put the drip tray back in place. I don't usually write long reviews, but I got an e-mail from Keurig that they will give me some free beverages if I write down my honest opinion. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

We didn't like that we couldn't use our older K Cups that were in our pantry, but that has been our only complaint. We love the design and the ability to change the colors on it. We haven't brewed the bigger pot yet but we are loving it for our everyday use.
