Like it...want to love it

The 2.0 is almost great. I really want to 100% love it, but the fact that you can't use non-Keurig brand pods or refillable cups really bothers me. They're becoming a monopoly and I'm all about supporting the little guy. I also don't like that the K-cups aren't recyclable. I do like the stronger brew setting, larger cup options, hot chocolate/water option, and larger water resivoir. Fix the K-cup only issue and/or make your K-cups recyclable/compostable and you'll make lots of people happy which will mean more 5 star ratings.

Keurig Keeps Doing It Right

I bought this brewer to replace one that died after 6 years of faithful service. I am so glad I did. It's faster, quieter and has more options than my old machine. The addition of the carafe is great, in that I don't have to use so many cups and can brew one small pot that is plenty for two or three people. The only con I had is that the machine is not compatible with older K-Cups, but once again, Keurig stepped up and replaced my older cups with new ones that will work with the brewer. All around, this is a win-win situation.

Cons: Not Backward Compatible

I really like the idea behind it his brewer. It is nice to be able to brew a carafe as well as single cups of coffee. The only reason I did not give this system five stars is due to the limited choices of coffee you have for the carafe setting. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Got this to replace an older Keurig that was starting to act up. So far it's been excellent. We brew 10 to 15 cups per day, 6 days a week. It has worked flawlessly. The programmable times are great. I have it come on just before we get here and turn off late in the day. Only complaint is that it won't let me change the default setting for coffee. I like a big cup brewed strong. I have to hit the buttons each cup for that. A minor complaint. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

We are loving our new Keurig. There is no need to schedule it to make coffee at a certain time because it is so fast. The only negative is that it seems loud while brewing.

Thank you to Keurig for the offer of two boxes of coffee on acceptance of this review. I use the maker several times a day for one caffeinated serving and other de-cafeinated servings. I also enjoy the other alternative flavors available that are very tasty. (Especially the cafe caramel) And, other household members can enjoy their tea assortments. Immediate versatility!

Purchased this late last year and we're enjoying its versatility. What we like most about it is that we can adjust the strength of the coffee and use the carafe for multiple servings. The only minor gripe I have is that I cannot use the reusable filter to brew my own coffee. This is a minor issue, however, to what is otherwise the best brewer Keurig has built. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
