My wife and I have had Keurig brewers for a very long time. We even have one with our camping gear. We upgraded to the K550 from a Vue brewer and really like it. Our family uses it for individual K-cups of coffee, and on the weekends my wife and I brew a full Carafe so we can have coffee in bed. We do wish there was a way to keep the Keurig Pot warm on its own, and a easier way to dispense strait hot water (and more than 6 ounces at a time) for bed-time tea. We do love the K550 brewer, it looks great on the counter, has some great options without being overly complicated, and gives us consistently good coffee!
Pros: Brews quickly, Multiple Settings, Large Pot, Uses Vue-cups As Well, Easy to use, Easy to clean, Stylish
Cons: Hot Water Is Harder, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

Water feature is useless. Cleaning the needles with a paperclip is required every 10-12 cups. Not happy at all with this brewer. Does not hold favorite cup size.
Pros: Brews quickly
Cons: Limited Features, Takes To Much Counter Spa, A Paperclip Was Suggested, HARD TO CLEAN

We like it, but it can but improved

We had our first Keurig K45 Elite back in 2010, and we have been using it since. And it finally broke after 4 years of use. So we bought our 2nd Keurig. We loved out first Keurig, Compare to the first Keurig, Keurig 2.0 has its pros and cons. Pros: we like its new design, it's very modern and stylish; and I love its water filter feature, that I think it will extend the life of the brewer; the large water pot is very useful that we don't need to add water everyday. Cons: it's very loud! Compare to the first one, this one makes 3 times louder noise; and it takes forever to heat up the water; and I don't like that every time I turn on the brewer, it will automatically start to heat up the water before I can do any other setup changes. Overall, we still like our new brewer, but it can be improved. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

We use the brewer for breakfast and sometimes in the evening/dinner. I like the touch screen system for controlling options, etc. My only complaint is that the coffee does not stay hot for long.

I have used a Keurig for over 5 years and upgraded to the 550 this past fall. Love all the added features including the larger water reservoir; the hot water dispenser is nice, but would be nicer if it was 8-10 oz.

I love this keurig! The 2.0 550 is the best one yet! It brews excellent coffee and in a timely manor. It isn't too loud or big and bulky for the counter. I live in an apartment and we're always looking for more counter space but our keurig is never in the way.
