I love that i can have tea in the morning and my husband can have coffee. When we have guests brewing a carafe is always a great idea. I wish the filters didn't have to be changed so often and if you leave the coffee pack in for to long you have to clean the needle but over all that user error and not Keurigs fault. I would recommend this brewer to everyone that likes options. i

Love this brewer. We use it everyday. Sometimes many times a day. Love the quality of the coffee. It looks nice. The only thing i would change is to get hot water you still need to open and then close the cup holder. Then you have to hold the brew button down. A minor pain. But all in all a great brewer. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

This brewer is everything it claims to be! We use it everyday. Love it! The carafe does not keep the coffee hot for long. We purchased the stainless steel carafe. Perfect!

Finally got a Keurig

After much deliberation and that our coffee pot started leaking, I finally bought a Keurig. We like it but buying the pods is more expensive than bulk coffee. We drink coffee on a daily basis so use a decent amount of the pods. After the first 2 days of use, the water wasn't coming out - I placed a call to customer service and was helped quickly - had to use a paper clip to clean out the hole. Have not had a problem since - was advised to immediately remove the used pod and not leave in the machine. So far so good. We are happy enough with our purchase - "Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review."

Cons: Loud, Small Pot, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

I had heard the Keurig 2.0 would only use their own coffee & not coffee pods from the older Keurig Brewer models. This had kept me from purchasing the 2.0 models. Our "special edition" Keurig brewer needed replaced & liked the large capacity of the 2.0,550 model. I was delighted that my old Keurig coffee worked perfect w/ the new brewer. Would buy this model again..we love it!

I have the 2.0 at home so I can make a pot for company. My only comment is that when I brew a carafe, it only fills up half way. It should fill the pot. Otherwise I have one and work too and love them all.
