Simply the best of all worlds

I have owned a Keurig machine for several years. Have always been satisfied. Received the 550(560) for Christmas. The best machine ever. Can use K-cups, View cups or by the pot. Have owned a Saeco (600.00 plus dollars), but love my Keurig, best.

Daily use. Weekends are for the carafe! Largest reservoir. Only downfall learned after purchase is you can no longer use "generic" brand K-Cups or the My K-Cup option.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use, Brews quickly, Easy to clean, Large Pot
Cons: No Longer Brews "generic", No My K-cup Option

I bought this coffee machine after I bought the Rivo because my boyfriend kept using all my rivo packs to make a cup of coffee instead of the espresso, although he did make espresso sometimes. I decided that we needed a regular coffee machine too. My parents have the 2.0 450 and I really liked that so I bought the 550 to try it out. So far everything about it is pretty great. My only problem with it is that it takes a long time to heat when first turned on. The sensor on the machine is rather annoying and that you can only use kcups that have been made after a certain date. I don't buy the genaric kcups but I liked buying my own coffee and brewing that in the keurig. Other than that it is a great coffee machine!

This brewer is a lot better than the old brewers. We feel it is much quieter and have had no issues with kcups exploding like they would with the old brewer. Love the water reservoir light choices and the wallpaper choices. Fun addition to the brewer! The only 2 drawbacks we see with this brewer is that the water temperature is not hot enough (I was told by a Keurig rep. that this is a high altitude factory setting since we live in Colorado) and the cup size choices is horrible. We have large mugs we drink out of and the largest 10oz. brew size doesn't even fill our mug. The website and the box make it misleading on the brew sizes. The brew options aren't as large as they were on the old brewers.
Pros: Touch Screen Is Awesome, Durable, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Brews quickly, Love The Wallpapers, Easy to use, Love The Reservoir Lights, Easy to clean, No Kcup Malfunctions
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Can't Adjust Water Temp, Size 10oz Not Big Enough, Holding Button In, Descaler Sol Foams A Lot, Factory Set High Altitude, No Large Cup Size
