Have three Keurig coffee makers. At home, Office and one I take on vacations. Love the ease of use and that every cup is the same as the previous on brewed.
Pros: Brews quickly, Easy to clean, Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Large Pot

We have one at work and at home. Love the pot but wish it was bigger and would stay hot longer. Would never go back and use anything but a keurig. Love it. Best part is the wonderful customer service. I've had questions and the are more than helpful.

I love the new Keurig 2.0!! I loved the first Keurig I owned, but this one is even better! The thing I like most about the new Keurig is the digital screen and options available for every cup (or carafe) of coffee I make. The one downside I have noticed is there is no way to change the brewing temperature--this was a setting that could be adjusted on the first generation Keurig brewing machines and in my opinion, it should be available in this new version as well. But, that is my only complaint (which is very trivial, by the way). I love it!!! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Options Galore!

My husband and I upgraded to the 2.0 after having the Vue, which we ADORED. We really wanted to have a larger pot option and this allowed for that. Not only did we get that option, but we forgot that since the 2.0 uses K-Cups there are more options and varieties of coffees and other beverages. The only things I miss about the Vue is the ability to make larger sizes and different brewing cycles (brew over ice, latte). So far we haven't missed those drinks too much. I also look forward to when all of the coffee pods are recyclable. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Great Versatile System!

Great brewer, I had a Vue brewer prior to this, so I really like that it can also brew Vue cups as I have some flavors that I really liked. I have a 2.0 at home, and actually just bought 5 more of them for our office at work. They are great and can stand up to our office usage. People complain about the R-FID thing, but really it is NOT a big deal.. so just buy your cups from Keurig, there are always coupons! :) The only real complaint I have is that it takes sometime to heat up, although.. the Auto On feature can help you out there.. and it is kind of noisy when brewing. I would buy this again and DO recommend it to friends and family as well. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

Love that you can make a pot of coffee

Pot generally makes about 4 cups of strong coffee, I would like to have the option to make 6-8 cups of strong coffee if desired. The setting definitely waters down the coffee. This machine does take slightly longer to heat up than my previous Keurig but I am very pleased with this purchase. I would recommend this to anyone, it's sleek design also looks great on my counter.
