I LOVE that I have the option to brew either a single cup or a carafe for a larger crowd. The brewer is gorgeous! I love how stylish it is and that you can personalize the lights. I just wish it worked faster - it takes FOREVER to preheat and it's much louder than the older model. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I have purchase the K550 not only for myself, but for three of my children. Love being able to brew a pot of coffee. Love that every cup brewed is the same as the one before.

It's frustrating to waste money on K-Cups that don't work with this model. Be very careful that not only does the box of pods you are buying have the "Keurig" logo, but say "Works with all brewers" If it doesn't, they only work with old Keurig machines.

Cons: Not All K-cup Pods Work

Love the versatility of my Keurig 2.0

I love everything about my Keurig 2.0. I appreciate the versatility....daily I use my Kcups, but on the weekend I brew a carafe. The one con that I had was that my "old" Kcups wouldn't work in the 2.0, but one quick phone call to customer service and they had that problem resolved by sending me coupons for replacements. I absolutely give this product a 4.5 or better, but not a 5 stars, as nothing is ever perfect. Thanks Keurig for great products!! In addition, Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!!!

I use my 2.0 for a morning and afternoon coffee. My husband uses it for morning tea. My daughter uses it for morning coffee and my younger children like hot chocolate and iced drinks. We use it all the time and have never had any issues with it! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Quick cup of coffee

I use the single cup brew feature daily, on the weekends I like to use the Carafe, however, the carafe is very tricky, I made several calls to keurig help line after numerous unsuccessful tries at brewing a carafe, the instructions and trouble shooting options are not clear enough. I finally figured out that the carafe does not need to be secured up next to my brewer to brew a carafe, just barely touching is the only successful way to brew my carafe. Instructions need to be clearer.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to clean, Stylish, Quick Heat Time, Brews quickly
Cons: Complicated Controls, Use Of Carafe Is Tricky, Took Many Tries

I love my new Brewer. It has all of the features I wanted and then a few. I just cleaned my brewer and was surprised how easy it was. The only improvement would be to make a carafe which keeps my coffee hot longer. "Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review".
