Three steps forward and two back

There is no way to adjust the temperature and the coffee is just not hot enough. I add cream which I have to heat before adding the coffee, or it's only lukewarm. I don't like the machine refusing K-cups that don't have the Keurig logo. We have a local coffee company, Papa Nicolas, and I am not able to use the k-cups that I purchased of their brand. The touch screen is nice and I like the color options, but it doesn't make up for the negatives.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Keurig K-cups Only, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Coffee not hot enough

Great brewer

I was hesitant to purchase the 2.0 due to the negative reviews. After realizing most gripes were about limited k-cup use, I decided to purchase it, as I only purchase k-cups from the keurig website. I love this machine! It's sleek looking and I love the auto-on/off feature. My only issues with it are...1) it is loud when brewing and 2) the coffee could be hotter. There are no temperature settings. Other than that, I love the instant hot water feature, ease of use and great look of the machine.

I was skeptical when my daughter-in-law told me about her new Keurig but after seeing it in action & tasting the delicious coffee, I was sold. Went home & ordered one for myself & now I don't know how I ever lived without it. Brewing coffee is so fast & easy & if I'd rather have tea? No problem. And being able to brew different flavors for guests in an instant is absolutely fabulous. I heartily recommend it. You won't be sorry.

Love it! Only drawback is it doesn't go any larger for cup size than 10oz. We always used the 12oz on our old Keurig.

Our old/original Keurig was in need of replacement so when we saw this new 550 series come out we decided to upgrade. Haven't used the carafe option yet but will the next time we know company is coming over. I like the larger water reservoir so we don't have to fill up as often and the built-in water filter is a nice touch. Wish it brewed "old" K-cups but received a free box from Keurig for our troubles so that was nice. All-in-all, I'd recommend if you're in the market for a new brewer. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!

Great Upgrade to my favorite brewer

We love the new, upgraded, brewer. We use it everyday and love how easy it is to get a great cup. The new menu driven settings are also a big upgrade, we just wish it had the extra hot feature that the Vue system has. The Strong setting is my wife's favorite. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
